These are our terms and conditions for the use of our website www.legacyaromas.co.uk, the purchase of products through the website, our emails and any other associated promotional activity.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the www.legacyaromas.co.uk website which is operated by Samantha Phillips; trading as Legacy Aromas.
The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website will all together govern use by customers of this website. You should note that Legacy Aromas may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. Legacy Aromas reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:-
1. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions, you must not order through our website, emails or phone.
2. You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
3. The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
4. You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
Placement of an order - When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. This information is required in order to process your request or inform you of acceptance of the order. A contact phone number is needed so we can get in touch if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you inform us otherwise, provide our couriers with your contact phone number in case they need to reach you to arrange the delivery of your order.
Please note that we will not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:
1. If the product you ordered is out of stock.
2. We are unable to authorise your payment.
3. If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error.
4. If customers do not reach any order criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
5. If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control including hazardous weather and accidents.
Legacy Aromas reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any point.
On very rare occasions, an error may occur, and goods may be incorrectly priced on our website or mailings. In these circumstances, we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any price errors as we see fit. If such a situation occurs, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid, and in addition will use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to repurchase the item at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will proceed to cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
Should there be an issue with your order, one of our team will contact you either by phone or email. If we have issues authorising payment, we will contact you via phone or email.
Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure the delivery address is correct, including the postcode. Please also check your order confirmation as Legacy Aromas will not be held liable for any incorrect information you have given and an additional fee will be charged should the parcel be despatched to an incorrect address.
Please note our products are handmade and colour, design, natural imperfections and texture may vary from the photos you see on our website, and/or from one product to the other if you order more than one. Dimensions may also vary very slightly.
Cancelling an order - As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded amount of your order to the account the order was originally paid from. If your order has already been dispatched before cancelling your order you must return the items at a cost to you and they must be in good condition, unopened and in the original packaging. Once your items have been received by us and inspected, a refund will be issued for the order amount minus the postage costs. If the items are deemed used, damaged or not in the original condition a refund will not be issued. We try to process returns as soon as possible once they have reached us. However, returns can take up to 5 working days to be processed, please note this may take longer during busy periods so please allow up to 14 working days.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation containing information about order content, prices and any additional information needed.
Please make sure to read the user instructions on the items purchased. If an item is not being used as per our guidelines and recommendations, and the product has been damaged because of this, we cannot be responsible, and we will not be able to issue a replacement or a refund.
Delivery - You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). Legacy Aromas assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control. Certain areas of the United Kingdom will have longer delivery timescales than shown at checkout. Legacy Aromas will not be held liable for this delay.
We use different couriers for our deliveries depending on size, weight and number of parcels. These couriers can be selected by you at checkout, if the option you have chosen is not suitable or available for any reason, we will contact you before dispatching your goods to discuss your options.
If you notify us that your items have not been received we will contact our courier for their investigation process to commence. If they confirm the item has been lost we will issue you with a replacement order. If they confirm that your order has been successfully delivered then we are unable to progress this any further.
Please note that deliveries to some areas of the UK will take longer than others, specifically but not limited to the following areas and postcodes: The Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland, AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, IV1-IV28, IV30-32, IV36-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA21-PA38, PH4-PH41, PH49-PH50, IV41-IV49, IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15-KW17, PA20, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH42-PH44, ZE. We will not be liable for any delays in deliveries that are out of our control.
Returns Policy - No products may be returned without the prior consent of Legacy Aromas.
Legacy accept returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in their original packaging at a cost to the buyer. You must return the items at a cost to you and they must be in good condition, unopened and in the original packaging. Once your items have been received by us and inspected, a refund will be issued for the order amount minus the postage costs. If the items are deemed used, damaged or not in the original condition a refund will not be issued.

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that never reach us.
If an item is not cared for as per our guidelines and recommendations, and the product has been damaged because of this, we cannot be responsible, and we will not be able to issue a replacement, an exchange or a refund. Please make sure to read all care instructions on the care label on a product and any disclaimer on product variation due to their organic nature.
Please note, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any manufacturing fault occurring within 6 months of receiving your product, we will offer a replacement or a refund. After six months of ownership, it’s up to the customer to prove that the problem was there when they received the product and that the fault was not down to ordinary wear and tear, or damage the customer caused, and that the product (or a component) should have lasted longer than it did.
Credit Notes - Please note that only one promotional offer can be used at any one time.
Promotional codes are not valid on Sale items.
Credit notes are created as and when a refund is not possible, or you have specifically requested a credit note. The credit note is a code that is set up for the value of your credit.
Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date it was created.
A full/partial credit note will be created instead of a refund if:
• An item is returned outside our 14 days Return Policy
• An item is returned not properly packaged and has been damaged in transit back to us.
Liability - Legacy Aromas make all reasonable effort to ensure a reliable and fast service but we do not guarantee that your use of this website will be free from interruption or errors and cannot be held responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto computer systems.
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.
Severance - If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
