Return Policy

No products may be returned without the prior consent of Legacy Aromas. Please contact us by using the contact page on www.legacyaromas.co.uk or email legacyaromas@hotmail.com

Legacy Aromas accept returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in their original packaging at a cost to the buyer. You must return the items at a cost to you and they must be in good condition, unopened and in the original packaging. Once your items have been received by us and inspected, a refund will be issued for the order amount minus the postage costs. If the items are deemed used, damaged or not in the original condition a refund will not be issued. 

We try to process returns as soon as possible once they have reached us. However, returns can take up to 5 working days to be processed, please note this may take longer during busy periods so please allow up to 14 working days. 

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that never reach us.

If an item is not cared for as per our guidelines and recommendations, and the product has been damaged because of this, we cannot be responsible, and we will not be able to issue a replacement, an exchange or a refund. Please make sure to read all care instructions on the care label on a product and any disclaimer on product variation due to their organic nature.

Please note, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any manufacturing fault occurring within 6 months of receiving your product, we will offer a replacement or a refund. After six months of ownership, it’s up to the customer to prove that the problem was there when they received the product and that the fault was not down to ordinary wear and tear, or damage the customer caused, and that the product (or a component) should have lasted longer than it did.
