What wax are your melts made from?
Our wax melts are made up of 100% soy wax and high quality fragrance oils. We also have some bright eye-catching colours and cosmetic glitters depending on the scent and design.

What plastic packaging do you use?
Our clamshells are manufactured in the U.K. and are made of 700 micron plastic. Not only are they 100% recyclable they are also made with 88% recycled plastic.

When will items be back in stock?
If you have an item you wish to order and it shows as out of stock on the website, please feel free to contact us. You can do this by using the 'contact us' form or email legacyaromas@hotmail.com and let us know what products you are looking for. We make stock as often as we can and upload it to the website when it is ready for purchase. If you send a product request, we will try to get it put on the website for you as soon as possible and let you know.

How long before items are dispatched?
In stock items are usually dispatched within 2 business days, Any made to order items, such as the wax bouquet, will take roughly 7-10 days before being dispatched. You will get confirmation once goods have been sent. There may be delays during busier periods.

When will my items be ready for collection?
In stock items are usually ready for collection in 1-2 business days. Made to order items such as the wax bouquet will take roughly 7-10 days before collection will be possible. There may be delays during busier periods. We will email you to let you know your items are ready for collection. When you have received this email please contact us to arrange a day/time. Please do not attempt to collect without first getting a day/timeslot.

My goods have not arrived yet, what shall I do?
If you notify us that your items have not been received we will contact the relevant courier for their investigation process to commence. If they confirm the item has been lost we will issue you with a replacement order. If our couriers confirm that your order has been successfully delivered then we are unable to progress this any further.

Can I return my order?
If you wish to return your items you must do so within 14 days of receiving them and postage costs must be covered by you. You must notify us before returning any items. Items must be in a good condition, unopened and in their original packaging. A refund will be issued when we receive the goods, minus the original postage fees. If the items returned to us are damaged or opened, a refund will not be possible so please take care to make sure all items are securely wrapped and boxed.
